IBFB reelects Hafiz as President
International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB), one of the leading business associations of the business leaders and civil society members in the country, reelected Mr. Hafizur Rahman Khan as the President for another term of two years (2016-2017). Mr. Hafizur Rahman Khan, Chairman of Runner Group of Companies was reelected as the President in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2015 of IBFB held on Thursday, 12 May 2016 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka. In addition, Mr. Md. Omar Shafayat Kausar, Chairman of Bengal Bay Group and Mr. Humayun Rashid, Managing Director of Energypac Power Generation Ltd. were also reelected as the Vice President and Vice President (Finance) of IBFB respectively. Habibur elected PBL Chairman
Renowned businessman and social worker Mr. Habibur Rahman has been unanimously elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd (PBL) at its 1068th Board Meeting after 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM was held on 28 April 2016 at Bank’s auditorium.
Earlier, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is the sponsor Director of Green Delta Insurance, Delta Hospital & Delta Medical Center.
