SJIBL approves 13pc cash dividend
The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 12th Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held on 26th June 2016 at RAOWA Convention Centre in Dhaka. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. A. K. Azad presided over the meeting. The meeting approved 13 percent Cash dividend for the shareholders for the year of 2015 and the Directors Report and Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on 31December 2015 were unanimously approved by the AGM.
