Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate 100 branches of Palli Sanchay Bank tomorrow as part of the step towards establishing branch of this bank in each upazila.
The Prime Minister will inaugurate the branches through video conference at Ghana Bhaban at 
12pm, said a press release.
She will also exchange views with different officials and members of the bank through video conference.
The government enacted the Palli Sanchay Bank Act, 2014, for setting up the bank for savings in the rural area.
The paid-up capital of the bank is Tk 2.0 billion, in which Tk 1.20 billion to be provided by the government.
