Bank Asia and Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC) signed an agreement today Wednesday (26 August, 2015) on online electricity bills collection through the Bank outlets.
In presence of Managing Director of DPDC Ltd Brig. General Md. Nozrul Hasan (Retd.) and President & Managing Director of Bank Asia Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain the agreement was inked by Mr. Md. Aminul Islam, General Manager, Finance & Account of DPDC and Mr. Md. Arfan Ali, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank at a function held at Biddut Bhaban at Abdul Goni Road, Dhaka.
Executive Director (Finance) of DPDC Mr. Md. Golam Mostafa, Executive Director (Operation) Engr. A.T.M. Harun Or Rashid, Senior Vice President and Head of IT of Bank Asia Mr. Abdul Quaiyum Khan and Assistant Vice President of Head of Marketing Mr. Abdur Rouf Bhuiyan, among others, were present.
Under this agreement any branch of Bank Asia in greater Dhaka and Narayangonj will collect of bills from DPDC customers through online services.
