The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BASIC Bank Limited was held on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Head Office of the Bank.
Mr. Alauddin A. Majid, Chairman of the Board of Directors presided over the meeting. Mr. Shams Al Mujahid, Joint Secretary, Bank and Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of 
Finance attended the meeting as the representative of the Bank’s sole shareholder the Govt. of Bangladesh.
Among others- Begum Parag, Mr. Hasan Mahmood, FCA, Begum Raihana Aneesa Yusuf Ali, Mr. Tabarak Hussain and Mr. Mahabubur Rahman Bhuiyan – members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Khondoker Md. Iqbal – Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Md. Hasan Imam – Company Secretary, Mr. Mohammad Nurun Nabi, FCA – partner of Audit firm, ACNABIN were also present in the meeting.
