Mr. Khondoker Md. Iqbal, Managing Director of the Basic Bank alng with its DMDs, other high officials, employees and CBA leaders led by Mr. Alauddin A. Majid, Chairman of the Bank placed a floral wreath at the portait of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur 
Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 on the occasion of his 40th martyrdom anniversary and the National Mourning Day.
Later, BASIC Bank Limited also observed the day by arranging a special prayer and dowa mahfil seeking eternal peace for Bangabandhu and the other martyrs of August 15 at the Bank’s Training Institute.
