United Nations Youth & Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) is going to host Bangladesh International Model United Nation- 2023 (BiMUN) on October 11-14 at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) in the capital.
The opening ceremony will be held at AIUB on Wednesday morning.
BiMUN is a transformative program aims to enhance skills and heals students closely which reflects on their educational experience.
As a BiMUN participant, they all are able to get experiences by participating a meaningful debate on different complex global issues, that all help a participant to burnish soft skills like public speaking, negotiation, and critical thinking. After participating BiMUN, they all are able to connect with others from diverse backgrounds.
The central theme of BiMUN 2023 is “Unity for a Sustainable Future: Addressing Climate Vulnerability.” With climate change presenting an increasingly urgent global challenge, delegates will be tasked with addressing its impact on vulnerable communities and devising sustainable solutions for a better future.
The United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) is a non-profit volunteer youth organization aims to fostering “Leadership Through Volunteerism” in Bangladesh. One of its key contributions is the organization of Model United Nations (MUN) conferences in Bangladesh, with over 11 successful conferences held to date. Additionally, UNYSAB has achieved recognition at international MUNs hosted in different countries.
