‘Dik Theater’ a renowned drama based organization of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) yesterday 18th August 18, 2015 celebrated its 16th Anniversary on the campus.
A colorful procession was brought out from in front of the central library at around 12:30pm on the campus as a part of the celebration of its Birth Day. The procession was paraded on the whole campus and ended at the same place where a birthday cake was cut.
Adviser of the organization and associate professor Dr. Farjana Siddika, Assistant professor Al-Amin Rabbi, Mostofa Kamal Masud, Organization’s president Assaduzaman Nayan, Secretary Musfiq Bhuyan were presented at the program along with others members.
In this connection president of ‘Dik Theater’ Assaduzaman Nayan said specially we focus on Bangali culture as a part of social responsibilities as well as try to discover the intelligence of artists. Culture would be the protector of social values, if it is on the basic of our social phenomenon.
