The orientation program to the newly recruited field officers of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) was held at Mohammad Younus Auditorium of Islami Bank Tower on November 24, 2016 Thursday.
Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director and CEO of the bank adressed as chief guest in the program organized by Islami Bank Training and Research Academy. Abdus Sadeque Bhuiyan & Md. Shamsuzzaman, Deputy Managing Directors, Md. Yeanur Rahman & Mohammad Rokan Uddin, Executive Vice Presidents, Md. Mahboob Alam, Project Head of Rural Development Scheme along with executives of the bank were present on the occasion. A total of 119 Field Officers joined in the bank for Rural Development Sceme and Urban Dervelopment Scheme.
Mohammad Abdul Mannan said, Rural Development Scheme of IBBL is playing significant role in the national development through rural poverty alleviation, employment generation and women empowerment. This scheme has brought visible changes in living standard, health, education and infrastructure of 10 lac families across 20 thousand villages of the country. This sceme has no alternative for sustainable development and to raise the country among middle-income nations, he added. He urged the new officers to reach RDS services to more people of the country.
