The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Meghna Bank Limited was held on March 23, 2017 at The Le Meridien, Dhaka.
Chairman of the Bank Mr. H.N. Ashequr Rahman MP Presided over the meeting. Among others 
Vice Chairman of the Bank Mr. Md. Yasin Ali, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Mohammed Nurul Amin, Directors and Sponsors attended the meeting.
In the AGM, Meghna Bank declares 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders of the Bank for the year 2016.
