Robi has recently launched a new postpaid acquisition pack. With attractive features, this postpaid pack is designed to meet the changing need of the customers.
Anyone can get the new Robi Postpaid pack with free connection. But the customer needs to make a security deposit of BDT 500 which will allow him usage exposure worth BDT500 (re-fundable). Also customers will enjoy lowest flat rate of 10p/10sec to any operator’s number (24hrs.) & 35p/SMS to any local operator & 50p/MB PPU internet charge by default. There is no line rent with this pack.
Customer will get activation bonus of 500 MB data, 500 SMS, 500 MMS within 48hrs. including one month validity. Besides, they will also get daily news alert and call block service for free with 3 months validity period. However, this activation bonus can be availed by only the new postpaid customers. All existing Robi postpaid customers can enjoy all the tariff & benefits except activation bonus by migrating to new postpaid acquisition pack. All they have to do is to dial: *140*52# or SMS: Type 10<space>on & send SMS to 8244.
On top of, Robi postpaid acquisition pack comes with fabulous propositions based on the monthly usage amount. In a monthly billing cycle, if the customer’s usage exceeds more than BDT 200 worth then he/ she will get 200 minutes on-net mins and one (1) GB data for free. In case the usage exceeds BDT 400 then for the remaining part of the month he/ she can enjoy 45p/minute call rate for on-net calls. The on-net call rate goes down to 30p/ minute for on-net calls for users having used service worth BDT 600 or more (10sec pulse applicable).
New Robi postpaid customers will get membership to Robi’s Loyalty program by default. They can also get duplicate dial/preferred suffix matching number: Upto last 6 digits subject to availability from Robi Sheba.
