Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) inaugurated its’ 102nd Branch at Chalakchar Bazar in Narsingdi on 28th December 2016. The Director of the Bank Mr. Khandoker Sakib Ahmed formally inaugurated the Branch as Chief Guest.
Among others the Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Farman R Chowdhury, The Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, the Head of Public Relations Division Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha, the Manager of Chalakchar Branch Mr. Abdul Karim Meer, the Chairman of Chalakchar Union Parishad Mr. Fakhrul Mannan (Mukto), the proprietor of M/s. New Porshi Motors Mr. Sheikh Shafi Kamal (Mamun) as well as Local Industrialist and prominent Businessmen were also present in the opening ceremony.
Mr. Khandoker Sakib Ahmed said, Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. has already acquired a stable position for providing better services to its clients. On the other hand the Bank has a group of efficient and dexterous employees whose are serving clients restlessly. He also stated in his speech that the bank will play a significant role for the overall economic advancement of Chalakchar area.
The Managing Director Mr. Farman R Chowdhury discussed elaborately about the Bank’s deposit and investment Schemes. The Bank is working to bring back all classes of people to take them under banking services.
The opening ceremony included reciting from the Holy Quran, Milad Mahfil and Doa was held at the Branch premises.
