BD peacekeeper killed in South Sudan
A Bangladeshi officer serving with the UN peacekeeping mission in South Sudan has been killed in an attack on an aid convoy in the country torn by civil conflict, according to the UN.

Floods claim 4 in Moulvibazar
Four people have been killed in floods in Moulvibazar’s Komolganj Upazila in Bangladesh. At least five people are still missing.

Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Thursday suggested to impose VAT on e-commerce business as the platform rising popularity day by day. During his budget speech in the Parliament for fiscal 2018-19, Minister Muhith proposed to impose 5 per cent VAT on all e-commerce,
