A 350-tonne falling concrete span that killed three Bangladeshi MRT workers last month could have been avoided if shims had been in place to balance it. Bangladesh Social Club will open its branches at Sohar, Salalah, Sur and Buraimi, said Mohammed Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, the newly appointed president of the club in Muscat.
