Dutch Bangla Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DBCCI) hosted a reception in honor to Leoni Cuelenaere, Ambassador, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Dhaka on Monday afternoon (Match 21, 2016) at the Gardenia – Grand Hall , Gulshan2 in the capital.
The Special Guests attended the event were Mr. Kabir bin Anwar, Director General (Admin), Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh & Major Gen. Humayun Khaled,(Retd), Chairman, Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC). Md Hassan 
Khaled, President of DBCCI warmly welcomed everyone to the program. He reported various activities taken by DBCCI in previous year.
Mr. Khaled also highlighted the upcoming DBCCI event “Dutch-Bangla Expo-2016” to be held during 28-29 September 2016 in the Netherlands. The Expo initiative is the consequence of the Netherlands visit of our Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The Trade fair is partnered by Embassy of Bangladesh in the Netherlands and coordinated by Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Dhaka, Board of Investment (BOI), Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA), Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA), and FBCCI are also be supporting the event.
Ms Leoni expressed her gratitude to DBCCI for the Chamber’s activities to develop bilateral trade between the Netherlands and Bangladesh. She assured the best support for DBCCI for their enthusiastic steps forwards developing Business for both the countries.
