Mr. Md. Zakiullah Shahid has been re-elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Prime Insurance Company Ltd. in recent Board meeting.
Mr. Md. Zakiullah Shahid is a dynamic entrepreneur and a Sponsor Director of the Company. 
He was the Chairman of the Company during the year 2014-2016, 2007 and 2002.
Mr. Shahid obtained MSS Degree on Public Administration in the year 1987 from the University of Dhaka. At present, he is the Managing Director of Electra International Limited and the Chairman of Federal Securities & Investment Limited. He is a member of Dhaka Club Limited and Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited. His contributions towards socio-cultural and professional activities are quite remarkable.
