Robi’s IPO lottery held

The lottery-draw for Robi Axiata Limited’s initial public offering (IPO) was held recently at a city hotel. The lottery was conducted by BUET and overseen by CDBL. The entire programme was broadcast live over social media platforms. A total of 12 lakh 80 thousand 425 IPO applications were submitted for Robi's IPO, out of which 465,290 applicants were selected as winners of the lottery. On 28 November '20, a 17 days old infant's dead body was found in the pond at Bagerhat in Bangladesh. Latter on police arrested the parent in connection to such bone-chilling incident and primarily parent confessed about their involvement to the police.
