Dengue: 1 dead, 240 hospitalized in 24 hrs

One person died of dengue while 240 others were admitted to different hospitals across the country during the last 24 hours (till 8am today).

It was said in a release of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on Friday. With the latest, the death toll from dengue rose to 64 while the number of dengue patients admitted to different hospitals reached 2,282. Of the new patients, 192 are admitted to different hospital in capital Dhaka while 48 are outside of Dhaka. HSC, equivalent exams from Nov 6, schedule published

The schedule for this year's Higher Secondary Certificate and equivalent exams has been published. Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board released the schedule for all educational boards on Monday, reports UNB. According to the schedule, written HSC exams will begin on November 6 and will continue till December 13. Practical exams will be held from December 15 to 22, according to the routine.
