He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd. He is the Chairman of Executive Committee of Pubali Bank Ltd. He is the founder of Hollying Berry Syed Moazzem Red Crescent Hospital in Barishal. He is also the founder of Syed Moazzem Red Crescent Clinic and Halima Moazzem School in Jhalokati.
