A day-long seminar titled ‘Youth Impact :Undertaking the Power of Youth to Deliver Peace and Diversity’ was held at Jagannath University (JnU) on Thursday.
SAVE Youth -an inter-university based youth organisation whichfacilitate students exercise of promise leadership, creativity, passion for peace and respect for diversity in the society organised the seminar at the university marketing departmental international conference room in the noon.
Speakers at the seminar urged the participantsto come forward to make a sustainable environment bringing peace in the societyandinspire students to work as peace advocates for the planet so that next generation could get favourable atmosphere for growing up.
On the occasion of fresher reception, the organisation also distributed awards and certificates among youth champions. Students and teachers of different departments took part at the seminar.
