Prof Dr Engr Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro Vice Chancellor of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) gave presentation to Undergraduate Students studying Fashion Design and Fashion Buying and Merchandising in lecture Hall of Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and as a keynote speaker in Association of Suppliers to the British Clothing Industry (ASBCI) Students Conference titled “Fashion Revolution” in University of Huddersfield, UK in October and November, 2016.The topic of his presentation was "Readymade Garment Industry in Bangladesh: Prospects and Challenges”.
BTCL gets new Managing Director
Engineer Mahfuz Uddin Ahmad, a retired member of BCS (telecom) cadre, took the charge of BTCL as its Managing Director on 17 November 2016. In recognition and appreciation of his 36 years working experience in the telecom sector, the government of Bangladesh has given him the charge of Managing Director of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) for the next two years on 15 November 2016.
